The HSVL is the historical study association of Leiden University. As a study association primarily of the BA History most of our activities are in Dutch.  While Dutch is the primairy language of the HSVL many events throughout the year happen to be in English. You will find many lectures, symposia, or even the occasional dinner throughout the year which will be in English. In addition at least once a year we organise an activity, especially for our international and master students. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding these activities.
